ESKOM CEO Brian Molefe to pay back the money

The Pretoria high court ruled that the Former ESKOM CEO Brian Molefe to pay back the money which is about R11 Million Rand on the 30 million rand that he received as a part of his pension fund. The court ruling ordered that the money should be paid within the duration of 10 days. Molefe left the ESKOM in 2016 after the implication for former Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela, to Mr Molefe for having a relationship with the Gupta family that suspiciously on the state capture saga.
